Remember the offered discount price is much cheaper compared to the previous years due to the present economic sanctions policies, current economic difficulties and also foreign currency exchange rate (US Dollar/Euros Vs Rials) in Iran.
Booking and Registration
Damavand Group Tour is an open project that all interested mountaineers and climbing teams are welcome to join the program by booking their plan before the kick off. If/when everything is OK with you; we will book your program in our event calendar. To get the benefit of an economy tour, book as soon as possible. More in Damavand Economy Tours.Registration
To make sure about your place in a group tour it is essential to register your program. All clients should pay deposit in advance. Registration should be done at least 30 days in advance before the starting date. Clients whose balances are not received by the 30-day deadline as stated above, risk forfeiture of their place on the expedition. Read also Disclaimers.Term of Payment
To register your tour, it is necessary for every participant to pay 100 Euros of the total cost to our account as deposit at least 30 days prior to starting date unless otherwise specified, and pay the remaining balances in cash also in Euros on the first day of the program. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Deposits are not refundable in case of any cancellation.Second Chance
We don't want to be harsh, just want to be transparent in our words hope you understand us. There is a second chance to use your deposit. If we organize your next trip either for sightseeing or Damavand mountaineering tour to Iran in the following year, we may consider the previously paid deposit as your registration fee for the future travel by our mutual agreements.
In case of any cancellation or postponement, a cancellation notice should be send at least 20-days prior to the course, trek and/or expedition date so we will keep the full deposit for your next program. The requests must be asked by email and be received in our office within the period, as stated above.

• Accommodation in high campsite hut/tent.• Transfer from a certain starting point in eastern Tehran to Damavand first campsite and back to the same place in Tehran.
• Transfer by 4WD cars from Damawand first campsite to Demavand Base (as far as car can go up) and back to Damavand first campsite.
• Experienced Damavand hiking & ski touring mountain guide.
• Breakfast, lunch, dinner on damavand mountain campsite.
• Tenting in Damavand campsites if necessary.
• Cooking gear while you are on Damawand.
